We remind you that we have the right to deny service to anyone. If you complain in an immature manner, it is likely your punishment will not be revoked. • "flames" any individual or entity (e.g., sends repeated messages related to another user and/or makes derogatory or offensive comments about another individual), or repeats prior posting of the same message under multiple threads or subjects.
• We do not allow you to sell things through our website. Trades of memorabilia is allowed, however, any profit making is prohibited on PhilipHughes.net. You will be asked to take down your offers, and asked to deal with it off of the site. If you refuse, your membership will be terminated, and your IP will be banned.
• Do not cheat on any of the contests. Cheating may be viewed as:
a. Making Multiple accounts
b. Editing your posts
Doing so could get you disqualified from the contest, and possibly banned from the website.

YOUR USE OF PHILIPHUGHES.NET, (B.) PHILIPHUGHES.NET’S USE OF ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE, AS LONG AS OUR USE IS NOT INCONSISTENT WITH THIS AGREEMENT; (C.)INFORMATION OR MATERIAL POSTED OR TRANSMITTED THROUGH YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT, EVEN IF NOT POSTED BY YOU; AND, (D.) ANY VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT BY YOU.
